Art brut creator and Indian bus driver Shyam Thandar draws a portrait of a man recalling the famous Indian politician Bal Keshav Thackeray also known as Blue Man. Thackeray was an Indian cartoonist and politician whose death put the entire state of Maharashtra on high alert.
